EVA Air’s North American Headquarters’ tenant improvement project consisted of building out
two full floors. EVA Air’s main goal was to create state-of-the-art conference rooms to host
online meetings with their international offices. With the company working in all different time
zones around the globe, it was also important for employees to feel comfortable around the
clock. To support this mission, EVA’s new headquarters offers a cutting-edge gym and locker
room as well as a well-functioning kitchen. The high-end build-out was completed in under 4
months.
